I got one of these and found it so useful that I ordered three more. These units typically showed 0.4V below the rating on my bench supply and multimeter. At 30V+ input supply, a power resistor on the bottom of the board runs a little hot, so take care. A 3D printable vented case for this unit is found on Thingiverse as Thing #2850521 I used one of these, wired to the output terminals to replace the batteries powering six LightMates in my RV. This also left the USB port available for charging a phone etc. when the lights are off.
